Parrot Bay Village
has seven private cabinas and two houses centered
around a botanical garden and open-air
restaurant & bar. All our lodging
is exceptionally clean, air-conditioned with private
bathrooms, hot water and finished in varnished
hard woods and tile. Wireless Internet access
is available to guests.
Three of the seven cabins are one level with
king size beds. These cabinas
are generally for one or two people but a single
bed can be placed for a child or third adult.
Parrot Bay Village also has three two story cabinas
with full below and a full and single on a second
floor loft. Two houses comfortably
accommodate two couples or a couple and two or
three children.
Casa Buena Vista
In addition to our eight standard cabinas, we
also have a fully furnished house
that can be rented for your stay at Parrot Bay
Village. After a day of fishing or eco-tours you
can relax on the expansive front porch and enjoy
the sunsets overlooking the cobalt blue waters
of the Golfo Dulce.
Casa Buena Vista is surrounded by ginger
gardens and is only a stone’s throw
away from the sandy beach and swimming
area. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms, a full-service kitchen,
and a spacious living room and can accommodate
from 4 to 6 people.
While staying at Casa Buena Vista
you can choose to dine at our restaurant or have
your meals and drinks in the privacy of your own
home. If cooking the day’s catch is your
thing, we will stock the kitchen with the ingredients
that you choose and you can cook and relax in
private. As with all of our other cabinas, you
will receive a house-keeping staff and
daily laundry service.
The rate for Casa Buena Vista is $ 285
per night.
The cabinas are within
an exotic botanical garden bordered by mangrove
lagoon and bird estuary
and front views of the ten mile wide Golfo
Dulce. Wildlife is abundant
within the grounds. Various species of Monkeys,
Iguanas, Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, and other exotic
birds can be seen with a cup of coffee
in-hand and the beach is safe for swimming day or
night.
The bar and restaurant specializes in
seafood and serves full and Tropical
Buffet breakfast each morning. Our restaurant
is not open for lunch. There is also the option
of trying one of the local restaurants in town.
Dinner includes International cuisine, pastas,
and fresh seafood usually caught
by guest anglers.
Parrot Bay Village's office is
well equipped to handle all of your Costa
Rican travel and tour arrangements including
domestic flight reservations, English speaking
transfer service and hotel reservations in San
Jose.
