How would you like to fish for free
with Parrot Bay Village - you can if you would like
to organize a group fishing package for you plus seven
other paying guests.
Here’s how it works.
- You have to be a group leader /organizer.
- Get together a group of seven guys or gals not
including your self who want to take fishing vacation
in sunny Costa Rica & you as the group leader
come for free. Work associates, people you know socially
who love to fish, friends, family, retail business
owners post a fishing trip on their counters, this
works for a friend in NJ with an auto parts store.
- You have checked out our web site & see what
we have to offer. Excellent fishing, boats, lodging,
atmosphere, & food.
- Our driver & vehicle in San Jose picks guests
up from airports & hotels. Here in Puerto Jimenez
we do the same, all the ground work is in place, all
first class.
Getting started, basic outline:
1. Select one of the Costa
Rica fishing packages located on our web site for
2, 3, or 4 days. The pp rate is the “Quad”
(four anglers). We here at PBV have put together many
groups & can provide logistics & answer many
questions that come up routinely.
2. Print out fishing page, deposit & refund policy
& others you would want to show potential people
for your group. Making copies with information is a
good idea.
3. Decide on a month & week then contact us for
availability, email is the best way to communicate,
you can get someone by phone during working hours, we
are on central time(011) 506-735-5180. Working with
the people in your group to settle on a departure date
is the trickiest part. When you have a date email or
call us.
4. You have to be in charge of collecting a deposit
of $500 dollars per angler is required upon reservation
& the balance 90 days prior to scheduled arrival
at the village. Deposits & balances to be sent to
the Parrot Bay Village address in New Jersey located
on our web site or choose to pay by credit card. We
are an authorized VISA, Master Card, Amex, & Dinners
Club hotel. Its good to let people know that the deposit
or trip is transferable to another person & about
the refund policy. It is best to keep a written log
of payment with a signature or receipt. Keeping a record
is important.

You also have to get international flight information
& get everyone on the same flight or in San Jose
the same day. International air fair is not included
in the package price & we can help with the logistics.
People should pay international air fare themselves
&/or you can call the airline & ask about group
rates
